1. Wellness and Coaching Services Disclaimer

Our Services are intended to support general wellness, personal growth, and lifestyle improvement through coaching, education, and holistic care. Our coaching services are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical treatment, or psychotherapy. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

You understand and agree that wellness coaching is a partnership focused on helping you achieve personal goals, and the outcomes depend on your participation, effort, and circumstances.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, including booking coaching sessions or purchasing a membership, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Membership Plans

We offer various membership plans that may include access to coaching sessions, wellness classes, digital resources, and exclusive content. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the specific terms associated with that plan as outlined on our website.

a. Billing and Renewal

  • Memberships will be billed on a monthly basis.

  • Your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel before your next billing cycle.

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for renewal fees unless you cancel your membership in advance.

b. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us directly at info@cwrevival.com.

  • Refunds are not provided for partially used billing cycles unless required by applicable law.

  • We reserve the right to modify membership benefits or pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Coaching Appointments and Policies

Appointments for individual coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance. By booking a session, you agree to the following:

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of that session.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in a forfeited session and possible restrictions on future bookings.

  • Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.

  • Use the Services for lawful and respectful purposes only.

  • Not impersonate any other individual or misrepresent your identity.

  • Not engage in any behavior that disrupts or harms other users, coaches, or staff.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding on our website and platforms, including coaching tools, videos, worksheets, and written content, are owned by Collective Wellness Revival, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without prior written permission.

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our privacy practices.

Our total liability will not exceed the total fees paid by you, if any, within the six (6) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Collective Wellness Revival, LLC, its coaches, staff, officers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
