Sarah’s Bio

Sarah Shepherd is a medicine woman, a Gene Keys Guide, and an awakening health facilitator.

Through a wealth of interpersonal experiences combined with a deep knowledge of metaphysics and human anatomy, Sarah uses a well-established process of alchemical transformation to empower you in integrating your mind, body, and soul.

With over 20 years of experience helping women, Sarah’s work began with supporting clients in relieving physical pain. This evolved into a career coaching women with autoimmune disorders—where she discovered that, for many women, autoimmunity and chronic pain often stem from unprocessed emotional repression.

Sarah began weaving together a woman’s Gene Keys hologenetic profile with practices that help develop a strong, safe masculine container—one that allows emotions to be fully felt and processed. This deep emotional work often reconnects women with their innate Oracular gifts.

This process became the foundation of Oracle Body, a three-month transformational program where Sarah integrates her nervous system training, shamanic medicine woman gifts, Jungian shadow work, and alchemical processes to unblock each woman’s highest expression. Clients frequently report feeling more sensual, juicy, and erotically alive.

As women experienced these profound shifts, many asked Sarah if she could help men rise to meet an awakened Oracle. This inspired a collaboration with Chris Deirkes in a program called Liberated Love, where they work with individuals and couples to use erotic energy as a healing and transformational tool for awakening health.

Sarah is the founder of Karma Well Health Technologies, a visionary software system that offers spiritual coaches, wellness practitioners and wisdom keepers and online space to host their teachings to people that are seeking new ways to address health crisis and transformation.
